TERMS OF SERVICE.

Hook Lab is a toolkit for TikTok Shop creators: content generation, product research, earnings dashboards, and related tools. Features change over time as we build. Some features depend on third-party platforms such as TikTok Shop, and their availability depends on those platforms and on approvals they grant.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You must be 18 or older to use Hook Lab. One account per person unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Hook Lab Pro is $14.99 per month. New subscribers get a 3-day free trial with a card on file; the card is not charged until the trial ends, and canceling during the trial means no charge. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your Profile, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise at cancel time. Payments are processed by Stripe. Promotional pricing, when offered, applies only as described at checkout.

Creators who refer new subscribers earn 20% recurring commission on subscription revenue from their referrals, paid monthly on the 15th once the $50 payout threshold is met. Fraudulent or self-referrals do not earn commission.

When you connect a TikTok Shop account, you authorize Hook Lab to access that account's data through TikTok's official APIs, on the terms in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to connect any account you connect. You can disconnect at any time from your Profile.

Content you create with Hook Lab is yours. You give us the permission needed to store, process, and display it back to you so the product works. Numbers shown in dashboards come from the platforms you connect or from entries you log; we work to keep them accurate but do not guarantee that third-party data is complete or error free.

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to access other users' data, no scraping or reselling of the service, and no use that violates TikTok's or any other platform's terms.

Hook Lab is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, Kahla Innovations, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by third-party platforms, outages, or data they provide. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms and will note the new date at the top of this page. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms. You may stop using Hook Lab and cancel at any time.
